Entering via a generous lobby area with ample storage leads directly to the dining area with comfortable seating for fourteen surrounded by exquisite detailing and furnishings. The area is serviced by an additional guest toilet and washbasin located in the entrance hallway.
You'll find a bright contemporary fully equipped Balthaup kitchen and breakfast bar with seating for two people. The kitchen features Miele appliances, Nespresso machine and Quooker hot tap.

Dining & Sitting Room
Our bespoke oak dining table can comfortably accommodate fourteen guests, 10 in individual seats plus four on the double bench seats at either end of the table. The space is completed by a nearby wine & beer fridge.
The open-plan layout leads from the dining table to a seating area with oversize sofa, occasional chairs and an feature fireplace, all finished to an exceptional specification complemented by the warm and comfortable furnishings. The lounge area leads directly via sliding, full height glass doors to the outdoor terrace and extensive views of the ski-area and mountains beyond.
TV Lounge
The TV lounge is a discrete area separated from the main lounge and dining area but offering the same level of comfort and sophistication. The L-shaped sofa can accommodate up to eight guests, plus occasional seating. Hi-speed Wifi is available throughout the property, the lounge features a 55” TV with all satellite channels (UK and EU) plus Sky Sports and Netflix.
